 Combine mustard with a good EVO and good Apple cider vinegar, fresh cracked pepper. Bloody delish.
If your feeling really fancy mix the above with a very ripe Avocado and blend smooth.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

I may be guilty if that.... Nothing like a shiny steel toe sticking out from under your trousers....

Don’t laugh.  but try using it on fish. Roll the fish in mustard, roll it in cornmeal and drop it in some hot grease. It’s pretty damn good. Any idea of the spiced mustards will work

I make tuna salad with mustard instead of mayonnaise.

Take mustard seed and place it in food processor with vinegar, pepper, horseradish and enough water water to get to smooth out. Talk about spicy, nothing like fresh ground mustard.
