Fortunately it's a little later than I like. Looks like it's in pretty good shape and got all the key piece parts. If I was going to pick up another project I think I'd be leaning heavily towards a GT6.

I dragged this one home for 50 bucks around 1999. The engine was in the trunk and it was filthy. Didn't do any bodywork on it at all...just cleaned it.



I put a Buick 3.8 in it and some minivan springs and had a zippy little sports car for under a grand.

The TR7 was not the prettiest car and had it's share of mechanical problems...but if it had been built as planned with the 3.5L V8 and decent build quality from a happy labour force it would have been a much more popular car.

That's me in the light brown cap with all the hair...wish I still had the car and the hair

That's not a bad lookin car, I love the color combo and the wheels.
