Love those colors.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

Sunday night's mission around Rotorua.

Lake Rotokakho (Green Lake), just east of Rotorua.

Milky Way over Lake Ngahewa, Rainbow Mountain, south of Rotorua.

Ohaaki Geothermal Power Station, closer to Taupo than Rotorua.

Yes, but it does mean I have to get up fairly early for dawn stuff. The top photo is pre dawn and was taken just before 5:00am. I laugh every time I read you guys talking about putting your lawn mowers away for the winter. Here we still have to mow the lawns even in the middle of winter!

I could mow my grass today but I would have to use the snowblower to find it.
I really enjoy looking at your photography work as you have a good eye for composition.
