These are all Snap-on midget ratchets about 4 1/4" long. In each picture from the top they are M 70 M 9/32" drive, M 70 M 1/4" drive and lastly at the bottom PM 70 M 1/4" drive. I have had the first two for a long time and only picked up the bottom one at auction in a box lot. If you look closely at the bottom two which are both 1/4" drive you will notice the case walls are thicker on the PM 70 M which is at the bottom, and it also says USA which the other two do not. Anyone want to comment on this????

I would assume age difference.
I've seen minor differences like this over time with many different brands of tools.

Can't offer much with the markings but the heads were shaped and finished by hand and they do vary. I have a GM70 where one side is really thick and the other pretty thin.
