I love the idea and applaud you for doing this. I routinely buy our honey from local guys. As far as trying that myself, OH HELL NO! Like as not it would kill me. I am not just a little sensitive to bee sting but highly allergic. I was stung on the foot by a honey bee as a kid and could not wear a shoe for a month.

I do appreciate the importance of bees though.
