I've been on dozens of gas station builds but only on the gasoline side, not the building side. Should be interesting to see how others do it

It’s going in Nashville, I work for a local company now, they do a lot of petroleum.

It’s called Thornton’s. They are out of Kentucky.

How long will it take to do a ground up like this? Is there a McDonalds or Dunkin in it?

No Mcds or chain store, they make their own sandwiches and convenient store food. It is basically 120 days from footers. This site is crap so we have to import 43000 yds of fill. Getting to footers is a lot longer than normal.
