Sitting on a base of pea stone, good stuff. I assume dead men will be used to anchor tanks in hole. Looks like a safe hole, banks cut way back. Crane will be used as excavator won't reach. Then many truck loads of stone, guys chinking under the tanks( pushing the stone under so  tank doesn't deflect).

That I've never seen, thats cool. Generally see a concrete hopper and crane used to fill in a situation like that.  Be curious on card reader wiring if they are pulling Cat5/6 or wireless? I'm seeing some wireless comms at older locations to handle new EMV card readers. Going to be doing a lot of dispenser change outs for EMV . Deadline to be up to code by october of this year. We see if deadline moves like it has multiple times.
