I think that is overkill on a CJ. An SBC seems to do pretty good in a CJ.

Eh not a huge Jeep guy ever though I do like the CJ and older ones.

I drove a boat like that once which was enough. It was fast but if the water is crowded you are pretty limited on what you can do. Those boats are money pits like many are. If you buy a boat like that you will only have two happy days with it. The day you buy it and the day you sell it. ;D
