A small Vaughan haul
« on: July 15, 2020, 06:25:15 PM »
From Ebay as usual since theres just not a lot of places around me to find stuff in the wild, especially now.

I've already got a Vaughan #9 " little pro " and a current version of the 5" pry bar, but both of these are older.
The pry bar is definitely nicer than the current blue powder coated ones available with the Vaughan or Dasco pro names.

This second #9 rip claw may go in my locker at work, but I'm not sure yet.

Always lookin' to learn

By mentioning blue, are you referencing the larger version of the pry bar? Yes, it appears there have been some modifications to that bar over time. I'll need dig through the stash to see the differences, but the Vaughn version still
 beats the others IMHO.

I'm still talking about the 5" bar.

You can see the profile is not as nice on the new ones, it seems a bit thinner as well but that could be an illusion with the chrome on the older one.

I keep the blue one in my belt pouch at work and use it all the time.
