Looks like it might be hard to live and work in Portland

Without Insurance it is pretty hard to conduct a profitable business venture. Loss in a place that allows looting, rioting and such could be quite traumatic.

I have a mate in Portland , i visited him about 2 months ago and drove through downtown. What a shit hole that place has turned into. It's really unbelievable how much it's changed in a year.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?
