The beauty of those LEDs is you can run them a long time before they run the battery down. Very important in crappy old tractors. :D  I put a set on the hay tractor and they work great. Cant keep a good battery in it or the locals would steal it. the alternator barely puts out enough to keep the lights lit. :D

The locals would steal it? You can't deal with the locals like the bobcat getting the chickens?

I wish, would make life much easier. I've learned to just deal with it, much easier that way. Never leave a good battery down there. only 3-4 gallons of gas in the tractors. locking gas cap will keep them from filling it up with dirt/trash. park everything behind something. if they can see it from the road they're gonna shoot it. park it with the radiator away from the road. Tubeless tires can be plugged in the field. if they suspect you shot their dog they'll shoot your cows.  The south Texas mexicans can be very devious.

Technically last day of the year today for me, although I'm going back to work on Monday for a few hours.

Sid's cool Santa hat.

I have spent the day just sitting around . It is good to be home for  my birthday, even if it is after a bad week. Last Thursday at about 330 AM I blacked out in the bathroom and went to UTMB  Emergency, Root cause was excess fluid on the heart  causing very poor circulation and lack of oxygen. Took a week to get the fluid levels down to halfway acceptable. I also have a very painful left hip, but no breaks  or cracks.

Free Christmas trees in the Ozarks.  Lots  of places to get free trees, your own property, fence rows and National forests.  This one was on our property, 25 feet or so tall, dropped it and took the top 10 feet.  Southern red cedar, considered a weed tree here.

Did the yearly last minute shopping for the wife's gifts. Took the kids with to give her a day off.

Went to see Santa at Cabela's tonight.

Great pics Tim. Christmas is really extra fun when you get to see your kid's excitement.
