Dead Nuts,  I like to use the right equipment too, but, whenever someone tried to assist me, somebody ended up with something pinched.   Usually from someone that has no brains and too much brawn,( Here I'll  just lift this end,  no,,, stop STOP...     Pulled an upright piano, upright deep freeze, and washer dryer up basement stairs, with a cable come along,  would not let BIL help.

Spent most of the day waiting for parts for a wiper motor repair.  Tomorrow maybe?

   Got home to take another swipe at getting all my shit into my shoppette and keeping enough order to keep working on it and find what I may need.

    Just 60 square feet of floor is going to need a lot of vertical storage.

New mirrors on the '15 Nissan Frontier.  It's a crew cab long wheelbase truck with the 73" bed, the factory mirrors just weren't cutting it.



The new ones are telescoping:





I like them better than stock, but they're a bit on the large side.  Might see if I can modify them so that their closed position removes the visible telescoping bit between the housings.

Typical spring weekend, beautiful day yesterday and pouring with rain today.

Yesterday I started the day around dawn taking some marketing photos for our stormwater designers for a major tender.

Late morning I met up with a friend taking photos at the Mount Main Beach. The surf was up so got some good photos. Spent the afternoon editing photos and napping.

Today I've just mucked around achieving nothing.

Went to a little 1/4 mile dirt track down in Corpus Christi yesterday. They were running ASCS sprint cars.  :-\ Them things is scary fast. Made for a late night tho. my butts dragging today.

Not much yet today, but Friday night i went to a high school football game. Our granddaughter is on the drill team. I took about 300 shots and culled that to 45 or so!

After a fun market run I installed a light fixture and stretched a tarp into a window hole.  Try to keep some rain out. 

  Digging in the lumber pile I found a mucked up paint roller and just for fun tried to clean it up.    All that old dried paint kept it near perfect.  Even for a low end who cares model.  Not that I need another but it was free.

   Painted a 2nd coat on the shoppette doors early in the day so the sun could cure it.  They are 3mm plywood  so keeping ahead on the rainproofing is a bit critical.      Now they should be fine for a few months.
