:).  A lot like around here, mask in the purse or pocket until it says you must have one to be inside the building.

Then it comes out.  Once back in the street back in the pocket.

Mine hasn't seen two hours of use in a week.  Still two hours too many.

Case numbers remain very low in the area and there is no self appointed mask gestapo anymore.  They must have tired of tilting at windmills.

MAGA

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, it must be electrical.

Mold or recent water damages?

I have a cement house and sealing the roof ended my paint peeling.  It seeps through and gives me that same wonderful feeling otherwise.

Na nothing bad just getting that effen popcorn crap off. So many layers of paint I had to hit with a big grinder with 40 grit paper to break the surface up then sprayed water on it a few times to let it soak in .
Awful full bloody job.

Might have been easier to put in a drop ceiling.

Finished a rather unpleasant work week and hit a bike shop or two.  One got the parts I promised him and another informed me no new brake pads for two weeks.  Bummer.

The two week old kittens came out of their hidey hole to visit me as I pulled a destroyed bottom bracket out of my tandem and stuffed in a used sealed bottom bracket.  Still short some hardware but its coming along.

Finally a day I wouldn't mind repeating a couple of times a week!  Bobblehead kittens and playing with my junk bikes.  A pizza dinner with the family and no broken yellow machines.

My son came home for a couple of days.  He lives in South Carolina. One of the things I planned to do while he's home was the front brakes on his truck. I can't believe how nice it was to work on a vehicle that never sees snow or road salt. I figure I saved over a hour that I would have usually spent cleaning rust off of the caliper brackets.  Just another reminder of how much it sucks to live in the "rust belt".

Spent 30 mins in the auto paint store, trying to match an older color. No luck. I sure dont want to pay $45 for the matching process when I just need some fine brush touch up for a very small job. Nothing in the craft store selection either. Went back to the paint store today to further check the books again...nada. I may try some blending.

Besides work, and putting the white walls on my bicycle I caught this fella in my kitchen.
Let it go in the front yard which I now realize was a bad idea because it headed towards the street and could get ran over.
The fella has been through enough so I don't want to mess with it any more,  or I'd move it to a safer location.

Some form of common garter snake if I'm not mistaken.

I'm happy the snake is safe.

I looked into it a bit more and I'm pretty sure it was a gopher snake.

Yep, a gopher snake. We have them around here in varying colors and sizes. They can get good sized if a hawk doesn't make them a meal.

Texted the picture to my grandmother who was freaking out " oh my , that's a baby rattlesnake ".
 :))
Apparently it's common for people to mistake these for rattlesnakes at a glance.
