^^^^22 Ruger?  I have one of them
Yep Mark1 had one when I was younger, traded it, missed it, so I bought this one.

I had one myself years ago. I sold it and never regretted it either. One of the only firearms I ever sold and did not later regret.
You boys better hold on cause I'm gonna have to stand on it!

There were a few less candles on my cup of ice cream at the restaurant. ;)

I should think so. I'm under the impression you're pretty young.
People who confuse etymology and entomology bug me in ways I can’t put into words.

How come? Can't see it that was a performance problem? These guns are highly accurate and reliable.

If I was doing more than one, would think seriously about a Harbor Freight sand blaster.   Sanding by hand, takes too much fun out of a project.

Need a lot of air to run a sand blaster.  I know I don't have enough in my shop.

Use liquid paint stripper (not around a pilot light on water heater or furnace) it will work great. Finish with steel wool or sandpaper.

I have a large blast cabinet from TP Tools that I used for years restoring cars.  Needs at least a continuous 90 psi to work correctly.

Looking good Tim! Sam is gonna flip when he sees it.

320 is great, but before you prime or paint, run a small test on a hidden section of the tractor to make sure the new coat doesn't lift the original base coat. I've seen spray can primer and lacquer-based primers and paint enamel reducer lift and krinkle older paint finishes. Better safe than sorry.

Haven't done much the last few days, but I did get a shot of my cat, Skinny Minnie sleeping in a box.

Big day for me.

Took a years leave of absence and rolled the toolbox to another shop after 25 years.

I'm with the same company... just building scenery instead of props and special fx.

It's less artsy and more fartsy but just as difficult. And a scary decision at 52 years old.

Wish me luck

...Rob

Best of luck Rob. I moved jobs in the early 2000s at age 50. It was worth it -
