It's a weird feeling knowing this character is coming soon but not when. Although if she doesn't decide to break out soon, her arrival will be scheduled.

Yes, thankfully. I haven't been to an ultrasound since March because I haven't been allowed to be.

That sucks, the gender ultrasound was one of my favorite parts of having a baby experience. Get your sleep in while you can and take a good pillow with you to the hospital.

Yeah, my kid was butt-breach, and as he haden't flipped, it was scheduled down to the minute. It is amazing how fast 25 years can pass.

Samantha was born this afternoon at 1:30 weighing 7 lbs and measuring 20" long. Baby, mother and father are doing well!

Thanks, everyone. Well, I guess I'm a pretty old first time father but that's fine. I feel completely ready for it now, and so far it's been great. I should mention I've been sleeping in the guest room while the baby sleeps, and cries, in our room.
