April first, no fools day
« on: April 01, 2021, 08:24:36 AM »
Aprils fools day came in bright.  After umpteen gray and gloomy mornings having the windows lit with the golden light felt so darn good. After days of winds, yesterday brought us sustained 30 mph winds, was nice to not see the tree tops thrashing.  Would like to stay home, fire up the saw, and cut brush.  But heading into the city, lady friend has to do a few things.  I'll have to be content with hitting a few thrift shops or antique shops.  The saw I would be using is a Poulan, newer than my old ones, got it with a case, and 3 chains, habitat store, $28.

April 1st was a great day as we finally hit 70 degrees for the first time since last year. This morning is still in the 20's though but should make mid 70's.
