Have never seen a sky like that.  Even though I grew up in a rural area and that is now suburban, never seen that many stars.  Feels like I am missing something

(Yesterday)

went to a tractor pull, got 5th place in one class and 2nd in the other. We definatly have a future tractor lover on our hands...










Then went on a motorcycle ride to a brewery and bought a growler of one of theior great beers








then ICE CCREAM!!!!

Put the first of two coats of white roof coating on today. Trimming back all the overhanging tree limbs, then scrub the roof with TSP, then coat all the trim and edges, then coat the roof. 4 hours!
Had two young men helping me. Man were those 5 gallon buckets of coating a pita to get up there! I don't know how I would have done it without those two gentlemen.

I'll put the last coat on tomorrow myself. Wish me luck!

Weddings are the leading cause of divorce in this country.

I've been mentoring a youngster that's getting married in july. I've been giving him a lot of grief about it but wouldn't change a thing on the home front. the wife nd I just went for a 3 day weekend to Houston. great fun.

I found the captain crunch In the fridge the next morning, at least I didn't put the milk in the cupboard
