Papaw,

Is this the real deal or a fiberglass kit car on a VW chassis?

In either case, a sweet little speedster.
When my wife leaves me, my dog dies, and they repossess my home, I'll still have my tools.

It is not exactly correct, but it is a real deal, not a kit car.

Sorry was talking about the new Porsche, 911s

The car looks much better in person, rear doors look like they belong no half size trying to hide them. And still kept the 911 style, good work there.

Driving up on them form behind they have the Porsche 911 road racer style, very nice indeed

Someone has incorrectly labeled the picture a 911, which it is not.

What's the rest of this story, educate me what is it?

Not buying, do not  buy foreign cars, but still want to know.

I think the pic is labeled 911, but the car is a Porsche Panamera. It has more in common with the old front engine 928, 944, and 924 than a 911
