Title: Does anyone know how to shrink I Phone pics?
Post by: Heiny57 on August 03, 2018, 07:47:39 AM: I don’t have a real camera anymore and the brilliant phone engineers don’t let a phone be set to take pics that can be smaller than a bazillion mega pixels. Is the an easy app or something?

That didn’t work, I emailed a pic to myself at small size ( 70 kb) I think, then I saved to phone, then tried to attach and got this ...

It posts a screen shot.

Post by: strik9 on August 10, 2018, 08:41:45 PM: The phones do not all have ability to reduce mp size. My new one cannot.

So if you take the picture with the item using only the small center of the screen you can use crop feature to chop off the edges to reduce it to forum friendly size.

Just experiment with how much center size and distances.
