The wife has friends in Rock Springs (Far SW corner of the state) that they told us had wind chills down to 60 below IIRC one year. 18 wheelers had the diesel freeze in their tanks and were stranded for days. Interstate was full of frozen cars not moving.

Told the wife we're not moving there!

I drove through there last year on 90. You shouldn’t have to deal with to many traffic jams.
