Title: Nevada's ghost gun ban

A federal lawsuit has been filed in NV arguing that the ghost gun ban that the Gov. signed into law be thrown out because it violates the 2nd, 5th and 14th amendments to the US Constitution. The filed lawsuit is some interesting reading though long at 38 pages but might apply to some of us if the ATF or Biden try banning guns.

The FPC has been doing a great job lately trying to keep up against the wave of new legislation. NV is getting whacked hard lately.
