Small pawnie find: 9-23-19
« on: September 23, 2019, 07:48:55 PM »
You never know where you might find a tool. Went into a thrift store today put on by the local humane society, and found about half a dozen DVD's. Plus a Bonney-made Matco combo wrench! The color of chrome stood right out in the bin! 10mm, and I never pass up a metric wrench these days.
Plus, I've been applying for bike repair tech jobs, so having an assortment of metric wrenches in different styles and lengths could come in handy

Many say that wrench is as good as it gets.

Darn shame its 10 mm, not much use for an uncommon size :))

Great find on that one. You can never have too many 10mm wrenches or sockets.

Yeah, the only use for a 10 mm wrench is a peg filler. :-[
Here's the 10's I had handy. Spline drive, straight ratcheting, offset reversible ratchet, etc. Bonney, Matco, Husky, Armstrong, no-names.
I'm sure I have others tucked away in the bike repair box and A/C tools. More and more 3/8" fasteners are turning up as 10 mil on newer units.

Damn I've been missing my 10 mm for years! I'll trade you for a snap on :))

Work on import machines and you'll use 10mm every day
