Title: Rainbird clock

This clock was given to me years ago when I was doing some consulting for Rainbird.  Stopped working years ago.  Got on e-bay and found the battery operated clocks for less than $2.00 shipped.  Bought a couple (also had a Harbor Freight saw clock) and put them in and they work okay.
