Presto hydraulic lift truck
« on: March 21, 2021, 11:07:40 PM »
I figured you guys would like this, I know I am happy about it!

Presto model M-152 hydraulic lift truck, aka "stacker"
Rated to lift 1000 lbs max, platform 24" square, lift height 5.5" to 52". Around 4 ft long and 66" tall. All steel construction, heavy duty casters, foot pedal controls, weight 270 lbs.

Much to my surprise the same model is made new, by a different company called Presto Lifts. The only change i can see on the new model is a piece of expanded metal welded on, presumably to shield the operator's face.

$1519.00 on Zoro before coupon new. This will be the bees knees for moving heavy stuff.

Very nice. I have had both hydraulic and hand crank versions. I kept a 750lb hand crank version and sold the rest. I use it all the time for everything from a portable workbench to loading/unloading heavy items from the truck or shelves. It works great for moving safes also. We have always called those die lifts as we used them to load/unload die sets on the punch presses.

I would loved to have found a manual crank! Those seem to be the hardest to find. I am a little jealous.

I got this one and it's big brother 1250lb at an auction for $200 for both. I would buy them all day long for that price. The 1250lb one was much bigger and heavier and the 750lb is just perfect to drag up on my trailer along with the pallet jack when I have to move something heavy like a safe.

Yes that looks handy.  I am a big believer in raising things up to work on them.

Thats nice , heck i`d just have it for the name of the town it was built in.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

Same here my knees go to hurting just watching someone else work on the floor.
