Not sure if there are any fans of Chicago, but this is a cover band from Russia who have a serious internet following. Excellent musicians.
Worth digging thru youtube for Leonid and friends.

Eric Clapton & Duane Allman - Jam 5 a 18+ min jam. No live video, but a lot of stills from both their careers.

Here's one I've been listening the snot out of lately.
King Crimson "Starless"
It's ~12 min. long but well worth it.
And yes, those are a saxophone and an oboe jamming out pretty hard toward the end.
