Thanks guys!

Went to see him last night. Dads doing better his eyes are open and vision is good. He got his back brace. Waiting on cardiologist to see health on heart. He's probably getting a defibrillator, but tests will tell. More then likely going to be transferred to a less risk unit of the hospital.

He was fairly talkative last night felt good to see his eyes and hear him talk.

Long road ahead but we'll ll get through.

Good to hear he is improving.

Playing race car tetris this morning, trying to get competitors parked in the pits for the National Off-road Racing Short Course Championships.

My job during the racing is wrangling them after the finish line. Instead of completing a whole lap after the finish we are turning them off at the end of the front straight and I'm holding them until the last car is finished before letting them back on the track just before the track exit.

A few pics.

Dad is doing better. They did an electrical test on his heart today. Nothing significant found. They have a loop recorder to keep track of his heart so hopefully it'll catch anything abnormal in the act.

He was medically cleared. If nothing major found with his heart. He'll be moved to in patient rehab to start getting him moving up and around.

Sam and I put in a good day. We went for a scoop of mulch. Then we rented a log splitter. He did an excellent job running it.

However as usual I can't do anything without smashing a finger.... Squashed it like a grape between a piece of wood and the splitter bulkhead. Don't think its broken, have full range and it swollen and feels like you hit it with a hammer.

When we finished with the wood we got happy meals and took a well deserved nap! Then we made supper, and cleaned up the yard a bit.

Great job with the youngster Muddy. He's learning tons of stuff helping out.

I always thought my right hand hated my left hand. Between the screwdriver stabbings and the hammer whacks it was pretty obvious, the right was always the aggressor.
