Forgot to post, I got this wrapped up.
Picked up some 3" long 1/4 lags to hold the casters on. Edit: pre-drilled full depth 3/32".
That is a 3/4 chevy truck rim for scale.
It held a 500 lbs test load no problem.

Next modification may be some type of handle.
