Good going Elroy! Maintenance is everything on this light duty equipment. I just performed a similar service on my own 15 y/o Craftsman lawn tractor (MTD) last week. Cleaned, oiled, timed, and fixed some rust spots. Good to go!

Excellent observation. Elroy saw that belt the other day..........along with one of the flat face idler pullies not shown, while the deck was off for service. One can't see it when it's all together.
Those parts are due in later this week.
