Yep. Look at his history Joe was always a terrible person, but he was not near as cookoo as he is now he was at least coherent.

Apparently information from his sons iPhone have been leaked on some wwebsite and it seems hunter often referred to his father as Pedo Peter.

This could be fake, but it would not surprise me one bit if it were completely true.
