Not likely, that is pretty specialized work. First time I saw a portable line bore setup was when my friend moved his shop from California back to Kansas and was putting his shop together. In California he worked for a large contractor that primarily did dirt work and needed a lot of those kinds of repairs done, often in the field so he had a portable line bore setup to make those kinds of repairs. Plus, I don't think at the time he had a line bore machine in his shop. Once he got his shop setup in Kansas he quickly added a line bore machine.
Prior to his return to Kansas I had never seen a portable line bore, but was very familiar with big line bore machines in the shop. As one might imagine the line bore machine is always busy in a Caterpillar attachment which was where I worked during those years. Eventually after my buddy was well established and doing mainly production work he sold his portable rig simply due to lack of use.
I have been so fortunate to be exposed to stuff like this through the years. It is still fascinating to watch stuff like this though.
Funny, in the states one would say that he was working on a quick couple attachment.
