There are a couple of oven elemts on ebay that look like yours. The part # and wattage should be stamped on the back wall connection flange.

All 5 switches are also going. I've disassembled them and clean and lubed once but I gotta admit the poor thing has served it's life. Everything wears out - even the good stuff.
