Title: Ford whiners
Post by: DeadNutz on July 09, 2020, 03:28:54 PM: It seems that now some Ford employees are calling for an end to the production of Police Interceptors as the company is too cozy with the police. I'm sure those complainers don't work that line because that could put them out of a job. :D

Lincoln towncar chassis', powerful motors, double batteries, swivel spot lights, etc. It's crazy the public can't buy them so equipped. At least I don't think they are.

They'd make nice taxis - or Ubers. What the heck? :lol_hitting:

Post by: slip knot on July 09, 2020, 06:54:30 PM: You probably can buy them, but most people wont be able to afford them spec'd as they are for police work. There's nothing exotic about them. Go to the Ford site and spec one on paper. The police buy bulk and they aint spending their money.

Guys would do burnouts right in front of the cops and takeoff and the cops couldn't catch them. One night somebody dumped a 5' blue shark on the hood of one of the cars. They didn't keep those cars too long.
