Infrastructure bill is crazy

We have heard tidbits of what is in the infrastructure bill but this article is very alarming. The bill that Biden signed has a provision to require 2026 vehicles and after to have a factory installed kill switch which could be used by the police or if the computer thinks you may be under the influence shut down your vehicle.
They have no problem violating our constitutional rights.
