Check out the lack of rust on underbody and suspension. And look at the spring loaded spare tire cover. I found the jack and crank bar under the seat but haven’t found wrench yet.

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, it must be electrical.

LOL --- Here's a thought. Keep it on the skates, tie a rope on the front end, and drag it through the neighborhood. You'd be the envy of every boomer who ever had a Tonka truck.  ;) ;) ;)

The upholstery is easy to remove and clean, and that is the smallest ac compressor I have seen.

Got some time yesterday to tinker with the truck. I changed all the diff and tranny oil, I couldn’t believe this little tranny/transfer case uses 3 quarts of oil. I went with Supertech 75w 90 full synthetic. Hope it doesn’t start leaking.

Then I pulled my drivers seat out to fix the rip. I disassembled the seat and straightened the hog rings to reuse them.

Then I applied contact cement to the back side of the seat at the tear. I cut patches out of some blue jeans that must have stunk on me and didn’t fit anymore.

I applied glue to the fort patch that overlaid about an inch past the tear. Then I did a second patch about an inch larger. I let it set for awhile the reassembled everything.

I drove it the short mile to our local Saturday morning car show and parked away from the real show cars and it actually drew one guy in.

I guess they install these driveshaft guards to protect the public from this 45 horse power ground pounding monster.
