Lee Valley offers a bit drive adaptor so one can use modern 1/4" hex bits in their old Yankee drivers. As we all know the OEM screwdriver bits can be hard to find.

Garret-Wade offers a modern version of the Yankee driver, made in Germany. Not cheap!
