Wrench gift leads to questions
« on: February 12, 2020, 05:27:39 PM »
These wrenches were given to me by another car club member.  The first two are the same except one is 3/4" longer that the other, 10 3/4" and 11 1/2".  One end is a 1" hex socket and the other is a 1" hex plug.  The wrenches will fit together to make a longer wrench.  Both say made in USA without any other marks.

The second picture/wrench has a 15/16" socket at one end and after 3 bends a 1 1/16" box end at the other.  Also says made in USA.  It also has some old green paint.  Long side is 14" and the short side 8".

Any ideas on maker or use.

Green paint, Oliver, Hart Parr and JD or some guy in his fave color.  Check to see what matches.

john deere is my guess on the lower one. i think it is to tighten the nut on the back of the flywheel of an old two cylinder. the other ones may be as well but not ringing a bell right now. adjusting wheels hubs on the axle maybe.

JD two cylinder flywheel wrenches.

Top two are for A, D, and G models
Bottom is for B and H models

Neat find!
