Happy to help DN.

It was some work but mostly my own fault. Also I had to set all the nails by hand. When I originally built it I had a point gun which made it pretty easy and pretty fast instead of the nails. But I got rid of all that stuff a while back.

And of course regret it now.

The driver makes quick work of it. There are pneumatic versions but pretty spendy.

The driver below drives the steel points in the middle image. They are stiff and the most used.

The points in the bottom image use different drivers. The arrow shaped point is flexible so it can be bent into a special shape or bent back to open things up and uses a green driver. The point with the hole is also flexible and was used to hold the acrylic in in my project. It is driven with a yellow gun. The hole allows a screw to be used when stacking frames or using a liner (a fabric covered frame).

People who confuse etymology and entomology bug me in ways I can’t put into words.
