Dragged home a new wreck...

So this followed me home...



Not sure why...I don't need another project. The TR6 and the MGB still need work.

Maybe because it was a bargoon ...and it has been in a garage for the last 15 years.  115K miles on a 318 auto.

One doesn't see Ramchargers very often up here, they were very rust prone and returned to the soil in a few years.




Of course it needs some work: the exhaust is falling off, all fluids need changing, the tires were new when parked so they are shot, brakes work but need a going over. "Good billable hours" as my mechanical Yoda used to say.

Drove one of those some years back,  with intent to buy.  Really liked it and wife did too, great vision  ahead when in traffic.  Came back Monday with the cash, and was told, sorry, it is gone.

Now as to why, I have the answer.  You obviously need something to drive in the snow until you get the TR done :))

Oh yah!!! What a beast, love it! Friend had one we would stuff with friends and road sodas and cause a little mischief at night....
