What were these wrenches used for?

I got these in a catch-all box of stuff years ago and don't know their specific purpose.

As you can see they came in a box of 6 with a NSN under a government contract and are 1 5/16" x 1 3/8" fairly thin with about an 1/8" offset with half offset one way and half the other.

They look like hydraulic service pump wrenches to me

I'd like to know too, I have one and figured it was military but have zero clue what it could be for.

Mine came from my grandfather who drove a tank across France with the 4th armoured, but he could have just picked it up from the local flea market.

There's a possibility it's related though I suppose.

I have sold a few on fleabay, and surprisingly they went overseas.

Makes sense, thanks.  I guess there are not many sources for SAE sizes in Europe.
