Love it! My old neighbor was a retried USAF Col. who had it shipped up from his home state of Texas. It was the only brew that we ever drank at his house. He refused to drink "Yankee Beer" -- LOL

I've been a Shiner fan boy since the day I moved to Texas.   Prior to living in Tx, I had never heard of this brand. 

I've been to Shiner TX a few times and visited their brewery/tasting room (near Houston). 

I'm pretty sure the Shiner Brand was acquired by one of the larger brewery conglomerates.

We have a little brewery here in Ft. Worth that is doing a double Bock. I haven't tried it but there other offerings are tasty.

Shiner Bock is pretty good. I prefered the plain old Shiner beer, white label. I dont even know if its still sold but I drank many a gallon of it in my youth.

I'll have to see if my BIL can get regulat Bock beer. He owns a liquor store.

oh hell yeah, i love the shiner bock and several of their others but the bock is my favorite. a couple years ago, mrs sk and  i were in dallas for a meeting. spent a couple days there and drove to san antonio for a night on the river walk.  the next day we drove to galveston but not before a stop in shiner.

we toured the brewery, picked up some swag and had a couple bumps in their tap room. a pretty impressive place and story. if i recall correctly shiner bock is in the px at every military base

I like Shiner used to not be able to get in my state they brought it in recently after i mostly quit drinking figures.
