Title: WISS Perfect

WISS shears,  wood perfect handles, but only on  one side.  Not sure if they be for carpet, or hedges.  Blades are hefty, the WISS, NJ stamp is deep.   Never seen the like before, have you?  Think they were found at a Habitat store.

Wiss made a line of garden/utility shears with offset handles to allow for easier "flat-topping" of hedges and shrubs. This looks like one of those models.

Never saw WISS shears like that before, John. Nice find!
