Lots of good stuff in that pile, bmw! Caught that K&E slide rule right off the bat in that first picture. Being I have several rules of different brands and styles I've had to educate myself on them. Not easy to do with such "obsolete" technology. Depending on the model and age those things can be worth some $$$.   :bravo_2:

And the brass looking thing in the last pic is one of those nifty cutters using standard straight razor blades. Really nice, simple, safe design - mine got regular use at the hardware store.

I have been buying more weird lots like that lately, and it has been fun. I probably spent four hours going threw that box, and had a much better time than going to a movie lately. Most of it will get donated, but that is ok.

I really like those old school disposable box cutters, if I'm not mistaken those used to come taped to cases of K or C rations as well as 60's MCI rations .
Always lookin' to learn

The price must of been right for you to buy all ten. Those would be an easy sell.

I know there is a collector following for USA Vise-Grips, I have a few users as well as a few made in China newer pair. No contest, the USA are better.

I also love vintage NOS tools. The boxes are marked copyright 1977. I looked on eBay and prices were ridiculous and all over the place for NOS Petersens. I gave $5/pair, which I dont think was too bad.

That is a great score - well done. Can't have too many ViseGrips and the USA are better IMO that the China. I snag what I can find if he price seems right but I do use them.
People who confuse etymology and entomology bug me in ways I can’t put into words.

...Can't have too many ViseGrips .....

Oh....yes you can. Yes...sir. Don't ask me how I know. Fortunately, I have been letting go the fuglier versions I own, and keeping the purdy ones. All USA versions of course.

I've probably unloaded 8 or so in recent months.  :)

Those new ones would be priced at $10 in my shop and I know I am a bit low.  I get $6 or $7 for used ones in nice shape (USA) of that style and sell lots of them.

Prices on ebay make me chuckle sometimes but you have to wonder if some things don't get sold at high $
