I had that happen once on a little one that was in my grandfathers truck box, one face was blue and the other yellow.
It was the blue face that busted.

Back when Sears was Sears: they would replace the Craftsman version with red rubber on one end & yellow plastic on the other end. If they didn't have the tips in stock, they would replace the entire hammer. I opted to take the tips off the new one & keep my original head & handle. The full time Lady clerk at our local store even disassembled a new ratchet to give me a rebuild kit for my orig fine tooth round head flex handle. Remember "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" ?

Here you go. They ended up being about 1/32 or so larger than the body, but its barely noticeable and they work great. I got two sets, so I can replace as I need them.
