Not sure if its worth it with Milwaukee Fuel stuff nearby but...... Apparently you hold part of the handle and spin the top and you get 4 to 1 at driver

I don't know about a ratcheting type driver, but I have used the WERA multi-tip non-conductive drive for years whenever I need to be in an electrical panel, mag starter, anything like that. They work great there.

From what I understand it simply has a gear system inside that turns the shank 4x faster than normal,  looked up some reviews and the consensus is that you really put much torque to a screw with it in the unlocked position.
You gotta speed it in then lock it again to torque the screw down.

I can think of a lot of tools I would rather buy at that price.  They are overly impressed with that "thing".

Wera makes good screwdrivers, I have a set of insulated ones in my bag for work. But like you say its pretty expensive when I can buy a Fuel impact for less. I think they make a non insulated version for less money, not much less though.
