While I'm sure it's a great engine. No comparison for music to my ears.

It's the AHoles that put straight pipes on and rev it any chance they get that ruin it for guys like me. I still have the stock mufflers on mine.

I can hear it riding and it sounds good to me I don't have to proclaim it to the whole county :))

Your definitely in the minority Mudd's.
I'm an old soul in an aging body. I had slip ons on my Sportster. At first it was great, awesome sound.... but just like glass packs as time goes by they burn out and get louder. It wasn't as loud as straight pipes but it got old. Riding highways, or trying to leave for work early in the morning (or sneak out late at night).

I already have a ringing in my ears I don't need to make it worse. My dad has screaming eagle slip ons on his wide glide. It sounds awesome. But a full day of riding that's all you hear at night after you stopped riding lol.
