"Craft" Beer Thread

Not necessarily a "Craft" beer, but lately I've enjoyed Sam Adams Summer Ale sitting on the deck in the evenings. It pairs well with a medium/heavy body cigar from Nicaragua or Ecuador.

I'm not a huge fan of SAM Adams. Occasionally I'll grab one of theirs that I like but for the most part not for me.

Whistling Sisters Dry Irish Stout. OK but not as good as the Cassels' Milk Stout.

Friday night at work and the brew is Mount Brew Co. Golden Hour Hazy XPA. Comes in a 20L keg (5gal approx) keg to reduce glass waste (glass is expensive to reccycle in NZ due to there only being one place that does it). https://www.mountbrewingco.com/shop/p/golden-hour-hazy-xpa

About as craft as you can get, Octoberfest at work featuring beers and a ginger beer brewed by various staff members. Only five entries this year, our best year had eleven. Judging was by the brewers from Mount Brewing Co. plus popular vote, with a prize for the best costume (a hot dog).










Our Regional Manager won the judged and popular vote with his white coffee vanilla stout.



The Mount Brewing Co. guys brought a keg of their hazy IPA, pink G&T and this.

Garage Project - Cereal Milk Stout, with pouring instructions. Smooth, drinkable but not spectacular.
