I don't know what the operating pressure for that is, but seeing him actually pass in traffic was eye opening to say the least.

Gauge shows 200psi with the redline marked at 250-260psi. 20mph is marked on the side of the cab. The steam trucks were definitely faster than traction engines.

That is seriously cool.  I was surprised at how often the fire had to be stoked.  Really shocked at how fast the cab filled up with smoke that one time.

I noticed how far ahead of the turn he started cranking on the wheel. I used to sometimes drive a 300" wheelbase Freightshaker pulling a flatbed that had no power steering. What a pain in the city and you would rise out of the seat pulling on the wheel.
