Type of lawyer

What sort of lawyer does one use to file a lein on a house?  I expect this might be considered a mechanics lien.

Yes,  file a mechanics Lein, and file it with the county (or whomever does the deeds in your area)  I don't think you need a lawyer for it.

Not sure what I need is considered a mechanics lein.  Possibly tax lien, need to talk to lawyer.

Real estate attorney?

Most likely most attorneys can do what you need, doesn't sound too complicated
