If ya stick that bitch but good and yank real hard enough...................you can convert a straight fork into one that's curved  :-\ Which do you prefer?

Sorry for being a smart ass........................sometimes it just comes natural. Especially when the opportunity presents itself on a silver platter

One needs both.

A curved fork is better suited to move the meat and serving makes moving the meat easier without it sliding off. A straight fork is easier to know where the tines are when carving so you don't hit them with the knife.

Now the question is do you get 12" or 14"

Look at Jabber getting all sophisticated with the carving forks. Next thing it will be how far to stick yous pinky out when having afternoon tea.   :D :D

Thanks Jaff perfect info, I`ll go with the straight one to help carving. Don`t need a curved one for serving as I just grab the bits with me mits.

That's what I hoping to hear. I serve it the same way.
