If you head through Grangeville, I can put you in touch with a bud there that works at 'the' shop for p&w and curtiss wright radial engines. It's a nice area too. Not too close or too far from spokane and boise.

Me likey!   :great:
It even uses the Kilness patent New Britain mechanism too, and for a gimmick tool like this they did not have to do that.
A typical cheap S•K or WRIGHT type design could have sufficed, but I guess it makes sense since they had the NB tooling.

Got about 8-10 inches of rain in three days the first week in April. And a couple of rainy days since. Not much happening around here.

Sent from my twisted mind of the mudman

Going to look for somewhere to retire to.
The place i originally thought of has become too full and expensive now.
Going to head down through Idaho into southern Wyoming than back up the middle of Wyoming through Grand Teton up through Salmon then back down into WA.

I just got this Litton industries pocket socket in the mail.

Yes it's a gimmick novelty tool, but the quality is not junk and it actually makes a pretty nice lithium wheel ratchet.

I scored it for really cheap because one of the original sockets was supposedly missing and replaced with a random 6mm, but all of the original sockets are actually there and in unused condition.
I don't know if they had more than one to sell or just found the missing socket or what but I'm glad they were all there.

Been watching more cooking shows lately, and the question of choosing the right wine keeps coming up. I don't drink much wine, but thought you just picked a wine you liked to go with your meal.

Obviously not! There's all sorts of rules, flavor mixing considerations, and types of wine that one has to sift through to make the right choice. Finally read where a commentator made it simple: red wine for red meat, white white for white meat.

I'm sure the purists out there are going to go ballistic - but the next time someone invites the Mrs and I over for dinner I'm following this advice to bring some wine with us.

starting fluid will pop it right up on the rim.

I've seen it done with success and videos of it gone wrong.  :-\

We would use a Cheetah bead seating tool at the shop for those tough ones.

If they dont use tubes, which could obviously be used for inflating off the rim, I have used wooden blocks to expand the tires to the right width to get them to set (with the use of some heat). Its time intensive, but works.
